About The Position
The Laboratory Technician II is responsible for conducting independent reviews of samples, ensuring accurate and timely handling of incoming samples while utilizing established protocols. The role involves preparing samples, maintaining accurate records, and extracting and digesting soil, water, and plant tissue samples using various laboratory techniques. The technician will also perform sample analysis, calibrate instruments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the analysis process. Additionally, the technician will compile results, manage data entry, and maintain laboratory inventory and equipment.
