Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university and successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Science, Cytology, or Histotechnology program. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CT(ASCP), or HTL(ASCP) certification required.
• Four years experience after certification required.
• Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation to certifying agency. Required
