About The Position

Contributing to developing and/or optimizing new in vitro (cell, blood and tissue) models Following experimental protocols and executing test methods both independently and with guidance from senior team members Maintaining detailed and accurate records Assisting with preparation of data for reporting and presentation Assisting with equipment maintenance, cleaning and inventory management

Requirements

• 3 Years with Associate with Biology degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Familiarity with BSL‑2 laboratory operations and handling of blood-derived materials
• Hands-on experience in cell biology techniques, e.g. hemocompatibility testing (highly desirable), microscopy, immunostaining, flow cytometry, and/or cell culture
• Ability to quickly learn new techniques and adapt in a changing environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and on an individual basis
• Results and detail-oriented
