This position plays a crucial role in the Customer Services Division, providing leadership and guidance to the team. The Laboratory Support Technical Lead assists in the direction of daily operations, coordination of workflow assignments, and monitoring productivity. Additionally, they contribute to the development and review of departmental procedures, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. It's important to note that this role does not involve any laboratory testing; instead, the Laboratory Support Technical Lead offers technical and non-technical expertise to support the division's functions.
