Abbott Ireland Diabetes Care Division Donegal The Abbott Diabetes Care division based in Donegal Town manufactures FreeStyle blood glucose test strips and FreeStyle Sensors for use in diabetes management. Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre system. Purpose of the job The main responsibility of the Laboratory Supervisor is to manage a team of test operators within the technical services department, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance. The Laboratory Supervisor oversees and plans day to day test lab activities, whilst ensuring that policies and procedures are current and being adhered to.
