Chemours is seeking a Laboratory Technician Intern to join our growing Corpus Christi team! This position is available at our Ingleside, TX location. The Corpus Christi Plant Laboratory Technician accomplishes, with a minimum of supervision, a wide variety of laboratory assignments. This position will shadow, learn and participate in daily laboratory activities with other qualified laboratory technicians. The Chemours Corpus Christi Laboratory Technician Internship opportunity is intended for students of the Del Mar Environmental/Petrochemical Laboratory Technology Program. Students will develop skills directly related to their curriculum and gain hands-on laboratory experience. The production laboratory at Chemours is a fast-paced, highly complex laboratory certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. Interns will be required to review and follow all Chemours EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Laboratory Work Procedures. They will also be required to shadow a Chemours Mentor.
