Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab ordering processes to ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Maintain lab organization, including inventory management and space utilization.
• Manage and maintain human cell lines, including routine cell culture tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and institutional services for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining lab safety protocols.
• Support lab members in their research activities as needed.
• Manage lab budget and expenses in coordination with the Principal Investigator.
• Assist in onboarding new lab members and ensure they are trained in lab procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other labs and core facilities within the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics as needed.
• Assist in preparation of regulatory documentation and compliance reports.
• Participate in lab meetings and contribute to overall lab planning and strategy.
