The position involves working with the LIMS LabVantage system, focusing on upgrades, enhancements, and operational support procedures. The candidate will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting complex business processes, translating business needs and functional requirements into technical or process-driven solutions. The role requires a self-directed individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment, leading business users, stakeholders, and DTE team members to complete assigned workstream tasks in a timely manner and with the expected level of quality. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills are essential, along with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate will also be involved in system configurations for LabVantage LIMS system implementation, including sample management, results analysis, lab workflow, release & stability management, and integration with Lab Execution Systems (LES) and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN). Additionally, the role includes documenting and presenting complex issues, design options, and solutions to various audiences, participating in computer system validation (CSV) planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and internal quality assurance requirements.
