ICF is seeking a Laboratory Health and Safety Lead to support an EPA contract, Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT) in Corvallis, OR. The role supports soil, water, air, waste, and biota sampling and analysis for chemical contaminants, primarily for Superfund site assessment, remediation, and emergency response, as well as compliance support under the Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act. Additional team functions include field sampling, biological support, sample receipt and tracking, equipment maintenance, chemical/supply inventory, environmental compliance, warehouse support, and analytical subcontracting. The Laboratory Health and Safety Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive environmental health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role safeguards personnel, protects the environment, supports EPA operations, and ensures uninterrupted government laboratory functions.
