In this role, they will be the primary point of contact for our patients and clients. Full-time. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm The best place to get care. Requirements

  • Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for all SL outpatient lab locations (Patient Service Centers)
  • Addresses and documents client and patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Follows department protocols for add on testing
  • Works a queue to resolve specimen issues (this may include problem solving, notifying the client, calling patients for recollection, transcribing orders, etc.)
  • Fax lab results
  • Order couriers for specimen pick ups
  • Uploads patient documents to hospital chart
  • Escalates unresolved concerns to the SLRL Customer Accounts Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
