  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or relevant biological disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with molecular assays, particularly NGS is preferred.
  • Ability to closely follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Clear logic and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Experience with DNA or RNA isolation (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with PCR (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with NGS Library Preparation (1 year preferred).
