Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT) required.
• Previous experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures for blood collection.
• Perform phlebotomies.
• Label and process specimens accurately.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
