Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics is home to the largest laboratory in NH, providing Pathology and Clinical Laboratory services to DHMC and Clinics physician practices, Dartmouth Health member hospital, as well as to independent practices and hospitals throughout NH and VT. The department is a leader in process improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma), which has led to a renovated space designed for efficiency of workflow. A place to learn and grow This position is located in the Client Response Center section of our Laboratory. This position supports patient care in a call center by acting as a liaison between laboratory sections and the caregivers providing direct patient care, including reference client sites, and works with units within the department of pathology to resolve emergent and complex issues. They deliver excellent customer service to internal and external caregivers, while maintaining a professional image through phone, email, and other forms of communication. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week day-shift position.
