Monitors Ancillary Error Log - makes corrections in Health Quest, IDX or Lab Systems when required. Adds patient charges to Health Quest for miscellaneous test requests. Merges patient accounts in Sunquest. Add/deletes/modifies charges in Health Quest when requested by QA Manager and Admin Director. Provides support to Customer Service and Reference departments.
