  • Design and execute application tests on refrigeration systems and components in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Develop new testing methodologies and setups that align with international standards and improve efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and optimize system performance based on test data, driving design improvements for new and existing products.
  • Contribute to global laboratory excellence by sharing expertise, supporting capability-building projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance by maintaining detailed documentation, clean workspaces, and adherence to Danfoss safety and quality policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermal, or related field).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration applications, with strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with testing processes and methodologies in a lab or field environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida and engage in cross-functional projects with a global team.
  • Experience with measurement techniques, metrology, data acquisition systems (such as NI LabVIEW).
  • Six Sigma or quality tools.
