About The Position

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs within the laboratory setting. This role involves establishing and maintaining a robust system for adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring that all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with established rules and policies. The Compliance Officer will also be tasked with drafting and revising policies and procedures to align with current regulations and best practices, as well as monitoring and enforcing compliance through regular checks and assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
• Strong understanding of laboratory regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct audits and investigations
