Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable using digital tools in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be physically located within the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members daily to assess insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process.
  • Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with members.
