Compensation $16–$26 per hour depending on experience Performance-based advancement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or roofing
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with roofing service repairs and maintenance
• Support technicians with installations and jobsite tasks
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Travel to job locations as required
• Represent the company professionally at all times
