About The Position
The Labor Relations Specialist at Merakey is responsible for coordinating and assisting with all activities related to Labor Relations, including contract negotiations, grievance hearings, and labor management meetings. This role involves the consistent administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements and participation in labor-management committee meetings, grievance, and arbitration hearings. The position also includes assisting in the development of labor policy and ongoing labor strategy.
