About The Position
Join the Clean Energy Revolution as a Labor Relations Senior Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this role, you will serve as first chair negotiator in all first contract negotiations and interim bargaining, as well as serve as a critical member of the bargaining team for all general negotiations on SCE's collective bargaining agreements. In addition to contract negotiations, the Labor Relations Senior Advisor provides counsel and guidance on complex and sensitive labor relations matters including internal and external union influences, contract interpretation, grievance resolution and other related labor matters.
