This position is responsible for administering the job posting process for GPC positions covered under the labor agreement with IBEW Local 84. Key duties include managing job postings, awards, selection processes, and seniority matters. The role also oversees the incremental increase program for all GPC employees, maintains Oracle data, and coordinates the annual general pay increase process. Additional responsibilities include updating the covered employee database, uniform program, ensuring the Labor Relations (LR) web page seniority list is current, and maintaining accurate records for audit compliance. Administrative support for the Labor Relations team includes timekeeping, expense management, webpage maintenance, scheduling grievance hearings, processing union dues reports and reimbursements, managing the uniform program, and verifying annual weight program compliance. Occasional overnight travel may be required to meet business needs.
