A leading medical institution is looking for a Labor Relations Representative (Level 4) to join the Labor and Employee Relations Unit. The Representative will provide labor and employee relations guidance to all levels within the organization. The individual will have independent responsibility for providing advice and consultation to managers on labor and employee relations matters and assessing risk related to those issues.The individual will lead local negotiations and represent the organization’s interests at system-wide level negotiations; conduct training; investigate and respond to grievances; promote proactive management practices; and administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements and University policies.
