About The Position
The Labor Relations Manager at BVCI will work at the assigned construction project with the BVCI site team to support and provide leadership for the management of BVCI's Labor Relations policies and practices. This role involves handling all site union employee matters with NABTU and UBC union employees, including resolving union payroll issues, labor agreement questions, dispute resolution, and management of local hall referrals. The position requires mobilizing to the project site for its duration, with onboarding taking place in Overland Park, KS at the world headquarters.
