The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Labor Relations This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Anaheim, California, or Orlando, Florida, from June 2026 through January 2027. What You Will Do The Labor Relations Intern provides day-to-day and project-related support to the Labor Relations team, including site-specific collective bargaining agreements, project work, consultations, grievances, and the resolution of labor-management issues. This position may provide administrative support during union contract negotiations, effect bargaining, and arbitrations. Our Labor Relations Interns need to understand aspects of labor and human resources-related laws, including the NLRA and Title VII, and to demonstrate initiative as issues arise related to the ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA & state/local laws and ordinances. Interns should be available to work on-site.
