Job Summary This role is responsible for mitigating people-related risk and supporting leaders with employee and labor relations matters. Key duties include providing guidance on corrective action, conflict resolution, accommodations, and policy interpretation; conducting investigations; resolving employee concerns; and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The role also supports labor contract interpretation, grievance handling, and labor-related initiatives while helping maintain positive workplace relationships.
