The purpose of this role is to develop and optimize labor productivity performance across the health system. This encompasses supporting the health system’s labor productivity, benchmarking, target standards, and position control management. This role will work closely with finance and hospital directors to identify productivity opportunities, communicate recommended solutions appropriately and drive labor and expense management improvements. This position is a senior healthcare leader on the Financial Planning and Decision Support team. Additionally, the role supports the annual budget process and works with our benchmarking tool to set specific productivity goals to be accomplished and work directly with leaders to meet those strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of hospital staffing with experience in optimizing financial performance within a clinical environment. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving labor utilization across hospital departments for all entities to drive cost-effective and high-quality patient care.
