About The Position

A Labor Pool (shop helper) assists with daily shop operations, supports technicians, maintains cleanliness, handles materials, and ensures a safe and organized work environment. The role will report through EHS and function as a flexible labor resource focused on improving workplace organization, housekeeping, and safety conditions across all departments Must be able to work any shift: 1st 6am - 2pm, 2nd 2pm - 10pm or 3rd 10pm - 6am

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including sweeping, waste removal, and tidying workstations.
• Restock and organize inventory, label and deliver materials, and track completed work within the shop.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, saws, presses, CNC routers, 3D printers, and other machinery as required.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide support in material handling, including lifting, moving, and positioning items, sometimes up to 35 lbs or more.
