The role requires structuring detailed strategic plans to build new business relationships with Labor clients, consultants, attorneys, accountants, and individual broker partners. The candidate will develop prospect sales strategies that maximize sales and market penetration in the Labor marketplace, own the business pipeline by researching and evaluating specific business opportunities, and interact closely with key brokers and consultants to promote EmblemHealth's products. Additionally, the role involves performing research into industry trends, competitive strategies, and applicable governmental regulations, summarizing learning from the field, collaborating with the Marketing team, working closely with Underwriting, and maintaining good relationships with brokers and consultants.
