About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned labor and employment attorney with deep expertise in workplace safety and environmental regulatory compliance to join a nationally recognized law firm’s practice group. This senior partner role is ideal for an entrepreneurial legal professional with significant experience managing complex compliance matters and a strong track record of client development. Key Responsibilities Advise and represent corporate clients on workplace safety and environmental employment law issues. Provide strategic counseling on compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations applicable to employment practices. Handle permitting processes and respond to enforcement actions or administrative challenges. Maintain and grow client relationships through business development and thought leadership. Collaborate internally with litigation and compliance teams across offices as needed. Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 10+ years of relevant experience in labor and employment law with a focus on environmental and workplace safety compliance. Demonstrated success in managing client matters and a portable book of business (size flexible based on partner tier). Strong analytical, communication, and business development capabilities. Preferred Attributes Prior experience at AmLaw or specialized boutique firms is welcomed. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative national practice. Requirements
