Support and manage a high volume of legal matters across multiple workstreams, including employee relations issues, internal investigations, litigation support, and administrative or regulatory matters, many of which involve sensitive employee and company information Assist with the drafting, review, and maintenance of legal documents such as policies, agreements, correspondence, and compliance or training materials, exercising care and judgment when handling confidential content Maintain and organize legal records, matter files, and document management systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and appropriate handling of sensitive and privileged information Conduct legal and factual research and assist attorneys with analysis related to legal and compliance matters Support attorneys in responding to claims, audits, subpoenas, and agency inquiries, balancing business objectives with Company's legal, fiduciary, and ethical obligations. Occasional support for attorney's administrative tasks such as expense reports, travel, and meeting scheduling may be requested Partner closely with legal, HR, ER, and Compliance teams on global initiatives and time-sensitive matters, coordinating across regions and supporting work that may require early morning or evening availability
