Requirements

• An attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience
• Comfortable leading cases, advising clients, and appearing in court
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Collaborative and communicative
• Massachusetts Bar membership preferred, or willing to obtain it within one year

• Handle matters involving higher education or Title IX

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead employment litigation cases from intake through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, negotiate with opposing counsel, and appear in court
• Provide strategic counseling on a wide range of employment matters
• Work directly with clients and manage complex dockets and deadlines
• Handle matters involving higher education or Title IX
