Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Juris Doctorate degree.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft and negotiate commercial contracts relevant to designated areas of expertise.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Plexus to support resolution of contract issues in a timely manner and with an appropriate balance of risk and reward.
  • Provide dedicated support, advice and counsel to functions and/or business units as assigned.
  • Support resolution of disputes with third parties.
  • Provide support, advice and counsel to the Company on various legal and compliance matters as assigned, which may include labor and employment matters, government contracting, ethics, finance-related compliance, FDA compliance, and privacy.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities on various corporate matters as assigned, which may include IP, treasury/finance, IT, corporate development, risk management, insurance, and real estate.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to internal and external customers by providing effective guidance and solutions.
  • Exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
