About The Position

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse employer client base while handling a mix of litigation and day-to-day counseling matters.

Requirements

3–5 years of employment law experience, including both litigation and counseling.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with a team.
Admission to the New York Bar is required.

Responsibilities

Representing employers in federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters.
Providing proactive advice and counseling on hiring, discipline, termination, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and general employee-relations issues.
Drafting and updating employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
Assisting clients with trainings, investigations, and compliance initiatives.
