About The Position

CarterWill Search is seeking an accomplished Labor & Employment Associate to join an AmLaw firm’s Labor & Employment Practice in Houston. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nationally recognized team handling complex labor and employment matters across industries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Experience with trade secret, noncompete, and wage & hour matters
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and court filings
• Trial preparation experience in state and federal courts preferred
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, professionalism, and client-service focus

Responsibilities

• Contributing to trial preparation and settlement negotiations
