About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique law firms throughout Chicago and the surrounding metro area that regularly hire Labor & Employment attorneys. This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms expand their practices in response to increased workplace compliance and litigation demands. We’re connecting with attorneys in the 3–8 year range who have experience counseling employers or litigating employment matters.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
- 3–8 years of labor and employment experience
- Strong drafting, counseling, and advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Represent employers in discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters
- Draft employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
- Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Conduct internal investigations and assist in training programs
