GPRS Core Values: Integrity Teamwork Mutual Respect Growth Mindedness Safety Job Summary: The Labor Compliance team is responsible for ensuring adherence to contractual and statutory requirements regarding wage payments and workforce qualifications in accordance with state and federal prevailing wage laws. The Labor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department. This role involves managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with projects to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams) and Adobe
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt on a daily basis.
  • Resourcefulness – take initiative to solve challenges and finds a way to drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payroll/prevailing wage/labor compliance, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and timely submission of Division of Apprenticeship Forms.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and deadlines.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of Project Manager hours.
  • Assist with the preparation and verification of basic Certified Payroll Reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with the generation detailed reports to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and uploading required documents to third-party reporting portals.
  • Daily communication with multiple departments across the U.S.
