Requirements

• Current unrestricted North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, AD degree in nursing, BSN preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
• Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being.
• Assist with deliveries.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized plans of care for expectant mothers.
• Assess and monitor the health status of patients.
• Provide safe and compassionate care while ensuring timely interventions.
