The role requires collaboration with the operations team to compile and analyze labor metrics and productivity data. The individual will manage the integrity and accuracy of the labor management system, becoming a subject matter expert, and prepare labor management reporting to provide insights into labor performance and trends. Additional responsibilities include assisting management with ad-hoc projects, performing time and motion studies, conducting operational observations, and completing other job-related duties as assigned.
