About The Position
The Labor Allocations and Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the dispatching of labor and supervisors across all operations for Hawaii Stevedores. This role involves coordinating with operations teams to meet daily manning requirements while ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and maintaining effective relationships with local labor unions. The manager will also analyze labor issues, manage labor costs, and assist in the development of staff.
