Keep reading. The Labels Quality Manager, you will lead Label Converting Quality Control function. Based in Pewaukee, WI, this position will work with seven production sites to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction. In this role you will….

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a similar label production or commercial printing environment
Proven success leading an ISO based quality management program.
Three years of experience within a continuous manufacturing environment.
Strong computer, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and strategic value by helping the Organization to maintain, improve, and expand customer relationships.
Own, enhance, and optimize the Quality Management System.
Manage all QMS related activities, including but not limited to: SOP management Document control Record retention Employee GMP and SOP training Compliance audits Non-conforming product resolutions CAPA requirements Risk assessments Customer and supplier surveys Document and quality related record management Managerial and KPI reporting
Monitor the production process to minimize variation and optimize consistency.
Facilitate and oversee all 3rd party audits and certifications.
Serve as a key organizational voice to the Senior Leadership team.
