Lead pre-shift huddle for Utility Operators. Schedule and assign shift responsibilities to Utility Operators. Coordinate shift break relief and training schedules. Monitor execution. Manage work order change process. Complete work order and paperwork changes. Promote continuous improvement processes, including SMED, 5S, Kaizen, problem solving, and implementing lean metrics. Leads by example and performs all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values Safety, Integrity, Commitment to Excellence, Teamwork, Service, and Can-Do attitude. Act as fill in supervisor, including: Complete incident response training. Monitor workstation organization and cleanliness. Provide shift leadership and training to Utility Operators. Communicate shift performance to leadership, including accurately communicating issues and completing end of shift paperwork. Track department KPIs(key performance indicators) and create/implement repair or improvement plans. Performs other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
