About The Position

Join a team where your work directly impacts patient safety and product quality. As a Labeling Specialist within our R&D organization, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance of labeling across both disposable and system-level medical devices. Your role: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements for labeling updates and new development initiatives. Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements for the labeling team. Drive visibility and accountability by tracking progress of labeling changes from concept through completion. Coordinate and support the seamless implementation of labeling updates to ensure timely and compliant execution. Your work ensures that critical product information is accurate, compliant, and accessible—supporting clinicians and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in labeling for medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado, Minnesota or San Diego, CA.
