About The Position

Rowe Casa Organics is hiring a Labeling Specialist to join our team! As a key part of the Labeling Department, you will ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high-quality products, playing a vital role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. This is a part-time position. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30pm-10:30pm. Note that overtime, including nights and weekends, may be required, and the schedule may change depending on company needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry
• Experience in natural and organic product industry
