About The Position

- Responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, assembling kits by hand, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer programs. This job will mostly consist of labeling kits with patient information and ensuring the kit is correct before shipping out to the customer.
- Fulfilling mail orders and keeping up with productivity standards
- Pull the right product for the right customer in the box with the correct label
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA laws- will see addresses and phone numbers
- Manage, coordinate and fulfill customer orders (from Medicare & Medicaid services)
- Become a key resource to sales as the Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing
- Partner with other functions to resolve/escalate any issues preventing on-time order fulfillment.
- Track all orders via delivery software
- Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers
- Use scanning equipment to gather information about a package
- Create shipping labels for outgoing packages.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours based on volume and demand. Also must be flexible to work in fulfillment creating kits & on lab side if needed
