The position involves performing operational functions of data manipulation on various types of label equipment within the department to meet production quality standards and deadlines. The role requires the operator to efficiently manage label machines, minimize waste, communicate production issues, maintain schedules for cleaning and maintenance, and ensure inventory levels of raw materials are adequate. The operator is also responsible for logging raw materials used in production, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following safety rules and procedures. Overtime or shift changes may be required as needed.
