Label Compliance Technician
About The Position
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Label Compliance Technician , where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers with accurate, compliant, and high-quality labeling. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Quality, Labeling, and Production teams to review and approve product labels, verify critical product information, and help keep our operations running smoothly. Requirements
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with product labeling requirements and the ability to interpret Certificates of Analysis (COAs) .
- Comfort working with Google Sheets, ERP systems, and standard office software .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment .
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in quality assurance, labeling, manufacturing, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve product labels by verifying information against third-party laboratory results, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) .
- Ensure all labels display accurate, up-to-date, and compliant product information .
- Cross-check labels with the Product Quality Plan to confirm alignment with approved specifications.
- Maintain organized records of approved labels using Google Sheets and internal tracking systems .
- Transfer label usage and consumption data into the company’s ERP system .
- Collaborate with the Quality, Labeling, and Production teams to keep label approvals moving efficiently.
- Identify and help resolve labeling discrepancies or compliance concerns.
- Support the Labeling team when needed to help maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
