About The Position

Job Summary: Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the operation of the R&D Lab. Conducts inventory of consumables to ensure items required are always on hand. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Adheres to all safety regulations. Efficiently locates, processes, moves, and stages parts for projects for smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Operates equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles. Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, including location, quantity, and quality of parts Works closely with other departments to ensure all required materials are acquired. Reports inefficiencies in processes to supervisor. Runs weekly report of reserve stock and daily shortages correcting discrepancies. Organizes and upkeeps NAIC facility to ensure safety and aesthetics. Attends monthly R&D support meetings. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. AAON Forklift Certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality. High attention to detail. Possesses basic computer skills. Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities, problem solving, and organizational skills. Work Environment: Works effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team environment. Temperature controlled Test Lab and manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. Lift up to 50 lbs., climbing, stooping, sitting, or standing for prolonged periods. Requirements
