A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with high volume optical manufacturing is needed.
Precision and accuracy are paramount in this role.
This position requires intermittent focused effort, coupled with organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Bench/Mounters: Inserting lenses into frames, edging, beveling, tinting, and ensuring lenses meet correct power, axis, and prism standards.
Inspection: Checking frames and lenses for cosmetic and optical defects using ANSI standards.
Surface: Using state-of-the-art CNC optical machinery. Handling lens surface processes like taping, blocking, generating, coating, and polishing.
AR Department: Operating state-of-the-art Anti Reflective Coating Machinery, sorting and inspecting lenses, and ensuring they meet quality standards.
