About The Position

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you’ll be a member of ASG Product Engineering PE team, tasked with supporting Product and Test Engineering teams, on various IC product related activities (sample testing, characterization, qualification amongst others). Candidate will primarily work with ATE Test Cell (ATE Tester platforms, handlers, probers), but may also be required to work on bench for data collection and characterization tasks. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
