About The Position

The Lab Technician, Sorting Specimen Processor at Cordant Health Solutions is responsible for performing operations related to the sorting and storing of specimens with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

• Scan, sort and transport specimens that have been processed and move to designated locations throughout the lab.
• Identify specimens that require additional testing or exceptions from processing.
• Replenish supplies and maintain a clean sorting station.
• Follow all laboratory policies and procedures assuring proper chain of custody and adhere to all health and safety standards.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
